Love my new Whipped Body Butter!

I just received my Whipped Body Butter and it's absolutely fantastic! It smells divine and my skin feels so soft and hydrated after using it. The texture is perfect, not greasy at all, and a little goes a long way. I'm so glad I tried this brand. I will definitely be back for more and can't wait to try other products from Urb Apothecary! This body butter is a new favorite!

Detailed experience with botanical items

My recent order from Urb Apothecary included the Cactus Milk Cleanser and the Sun Worshiper Serum. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found navigating product categories intuitive. Delivery took approximately five business days to my location in California, and the items were securely packaged in recyclable materials, which I appreciated. The Cactus Milk Cleanser has a gentle, non-foaming texture and left my skin feeling clean without any dryness. The Sun Worshiper Serum, used after cleansing, absorbed quickly and provided a noticeable hydration boost. I haven't needed customer support, but based on the overall smooth transaction, I expect it would be satisfactory. The product quality aligns with their natural ingredient claims.

Really liked my order

So I grabbed the Matcha Enzyme Mask and the Palo Santo Body Oil. The mask made my face feel super smooth, like, really nice. And the body oil smells incredible, it's not too heavy either. The website was easy to use, found what I wanted without any trouble. It felt good knowing the ingredients are natural too. Definitely a cool brand, I'm happy with what I got.

Good products, minor shipping issue

I bought the Slumber Bath Soak and a small Herbal Lip Balm. The bath soak smells amazing and really helped me relax. The lip balm is also very nice, not sticky at all. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a little slow compared to some other online stores. Everything was packaged well and arrived safely, but I wish they had a faster shipping option. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and would order again, maybe when I'm not in a hurry.

Good value for quality products

I was looking for some new skincare and decided to try Urb Apothecary, mainly because they had a good offer for first-time buyers. I picked up the Coffee Body Scrub and the Dreamer Serum. The scrub is really effective, left my skin feeling smooth, and the serum is very soothing before bed. I felt like I got a good deal with the discount, and the quality of the products seems high for what I paid. Shipping was free because my order was over 75, which helped keep the overall cost down. Worth the purchase for natural products.

Considering the switch from Herbivore Botanicals to Urb Apothecary for my routine. For those who've tried both, how does the quality compare, especially for the facial oils and cleansers?

J Julia G. 2 weeks ago
I made the jump from Herbivore! Honestly, I think Urb Apothecary feels more potent and I love that it's smaller batch. The Cactus Milk Cleanser is amazing, way less stripping than some Herbivore stuff I used.

Both are good, but Urb Apothecary's ingredients feel a bit more thoughtfully sourced, if that makes sense. My skin definitely prefers their Dreamer Serum over similar products from Herbivore.

Hey guys, thinking about grabbing some of the Matcha Enzyme Mask. How long does shipping usually take to, like, Los Angeles?

I Ian Lee 1 week ago
I'm in SoCal too, I think my last order got to me in about 4-5 business days. Not super fast but not bad.

Yeah, usually around a week for me on the West Coast. Comes pretty well packed too.

Hey, thinking of getting the Slumber Bath Soak as a gift. What's their return policy like if it's not quite right for the person?

H Hannah M. 1 month ago
I returned a body oil once, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's within the window and I think it has to be unopened.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. They're pretty good about it as long as it's unused.

Does anyone know if their first order discount can be combined with, say, a seasonal sale code? Trying to maximize savings on that Sun Worshiper Serum.

J Jacob Parker 1 week ago
Nah, I tried that once. Their codes are usually one-and-done, can't stack 'em. Still good deals though!

Most places don't let you stack codes anymore. You'll probably have to pick the better discount.
